CONSUMER ACCOUNT UPDATE

How to change your address or update your email, home, or postal address? You may:

· visit one of our walk-in service centres

· contact our enquiries desk on 045 807 2046

· email accounts@enochmgijima.gov.za

You will need to supply the following documents:

· A letter requesting the change, including:

1. – the municipal account number,

2. – the new email,

3. – home or postal address, and

4. – the property owner(s) signature(s)

· For a business account, the letter should be signed by the director or authorized signatory    

· For an agent acting on behalf of the owner – a signed letter of consent from the property owner

· A copy of the Identity document (ID) of the applicant

· Your latest municipal account
